My Project

Too many choices can be overwhelming for anyone, especially teens. Students are told what school they will attend grade K-12. After 12th grade, the choice is up to them. This can be quite overwhelming. Many students say they want to go to college only because that's what they think they are supposed to do, not with any goal in mind. After many years of working with students with disabilities, it has become clear they benefit from clear, concise and vibrant visual aids with relevant information. The materials requested will assist these high school students to explore educational and career opportunities when they information is broken down and presented in an eye-catching, easily understood manner and teach students how to deal with stressful, unfamiliar situations.
