Although art is important, it can be messy! Many parents become upset when their kids come home with ruined clothes because paint or other art supplies got all over their brand new clothes. With these heavy duty paint aprons, we can do art in the classroom without worrying about ruining clothing.
I have 22 amazing first graders who love learning and love the arts.
Our school is in a very artistic community where parents often love to volunteer to do art in the classroom. My students are very talented artists but are not the most careful with paint. These aprons would be a wonderful addition to continue art in the classroom without destroying our clothes.
My Project
The resources I am requesting are 30 heavy duty paint aprons. These aprons will make the parents in my class very happy because they will protect their children's clothing. The students will also love them because they will allow us to do more art projects without having to worry about the mess they might make.
These aprons can be used year after year to protect the clothing of my students during art.
By having these aprons in the classroom, I can open the doors to a plethora of different art projects that we would not be able to do if we were only sticking to projects that would not dirty our clothes.
