My students love to come to school and they love to learn. However, teaching in a low-income area where over ninety-five percent of my students receive free or reduced-price lunch, basic supplies, technology, and differentiated supplies are not easily available to them. With all that said, each morning I am greeted by twenty-five eager learners with wonderful smiles who keep me smiling all day long and who want to learn.
The barriers my students need to hurdle are vast.
My second graders attend a public school in an urban district. My students are full of energy and ready to learn! My students are very creative and ready to display their knowledge and work.
My Project
Cleaning products play an essential role in our daily lives at home, in our classrooms, and in our schools. By safely and effectively removing soils, germs, and other contaminants, they prevent the spread of infectious diseases and control allergens, such as dust and mold, helping us to stay healthy.
I am asking for cleaning products to keep my classroom clean.
Chemicals used for cleaning our hands and our desks, such as hand sanitizer, Clorox wipes, disinfectant spray, and other cleaners, help improve cleaning efficiency, making classrooms, schools, and other environments both easier to clean and more hygienic.
During this pandemic, cleaning products have been hard to find. Please help me get these supplies to keep my classroom clean.
