Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are learning the importance of cleanliness and hygienic self-care within our classroom setting. I am teaching them how to take care of themselves and how to clean up after making a mess.

These cleaning materials will help them during their life skills sessions, at clean-up time, and throughout the day when they request a restroom break.

When my students receive these items, they are going to learn how to use them. For instance, the wipes are going to be used for cleaning their tables. If there is a spill on the classroom floor, they can use a wipe towel or a mop to clean up.

Cleaning up is an important life skill.
