My Project

During and post-pandemic schools have taken several initiatives to accommodate our changing world. Having meals/snacks in the classroom is no exception in-order to limit contact. Cleaning consistently has become necessary and beneficial in our first-grade classroom in the past couple of years. Sanitizing after meals/ snacks is crucial to keeping our classroom clean and free of germs and critters. Sneezing and coughing are no exception to our tireless cleaning/ wiping spree daily. Having more Clorox Wipes, Paper Towels, and gloves will make this demand easier to fulfill. Teaching in a title 1 school where the demand is high, students/parents are not asked to bring supplies. The only expectation is for students to be present daily, we will take care of the rest. When this project is funded it will be one less thing on our “to-do list”, after all this is our second home.
