My Project

This is an autistic support classroom in a high poverty area in Philadelphia. Students need an organized work space in order be successful at school. They needs access to sharp pencils, highlighters, headphones, and math manipulatives.

When students are not worried about supplies, they can focus on their academic tasks.

Schools and students are still concerned about the spread of COVID 19 and other illnesses. It is important to keep workspaces clean and free of germs. Students with disabilities often have underlying health conditions that make them more vulnerable. They feel more confident with their workspace is clean.

Ms. Browne William L Sayre High School Grades 9-12

Celebrate Black teachers and kids! This project supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of students are Black.
