My Students

I teach 3rd and 4th grade special education in Norfolk, VA.

My students live in an urban area and typically come from low socio-economic backgrounds.

My students work hard to overcome obstacles every day, but they push through and always persevere. I am so proud of their hard work and the progress they make.

My Project

With summer coming to an end, and the new school year quickly approaching we are all getting ready for the new school year will look like. One thing that we know for sure is that everyone will need to wear face masks. These disposable masks will ensure that my co-teacher and I have masks everyday. The lanyard will help ensure that students masks do not get lost or dirty by falling to the ground.

Students learn best when they feel safe, secure and clean!

The soap in this project will ensure that my students can clean their hands before and after resource, lunch and using the restroom.
