Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are general education, ENL, and special needs students. Many students come from low-income families. They come ready to learn and get excited when they walk into the classroom.

Help me give my students what they need to help them succeed in school and at home.

I am so lucky and thankful to have a new group of learners that are excited and ready to learn each year!

My Project

My students are learning their sight words so that they can become great readers and writers. They need extra learning tools to help learn these important words. The journals will be used at home and in the classroom.

The Sight Word Journals will help give them the extra practice and exposure to learning these sight words.

At home they will do pages for homework and in the classroom they can review what they've done when they have free time using a game template for the sight words. They can also ask me questions on any word they do not understand.

I'm also asking for hand sanitizer to keep their hands clean and keep a healthy environment as they work.
