My Students

I am lucky to be the teacher of some excited learners! They are in need of some visual aids to make their learning goals even more attainable. As a generation surrounded with technology, my students lack this vital resource. It's a necessity to thrive academically.

Most of my students come from a struggling economic background with limited resources.

Their academic sources are limited at home.

The students with limited English would highly benefit from the visual and auditory stimulation to grasp the English language while native speakers would continue to enhance their academic skills through hands on learning experiences.

My Project

Please help our class get a projector, screen and cart to aid in the visuals needed during lessons. As a class without a smartboard, it is difficult for all the students to have the needed visuals during lessons. A laptop often sits on a table as children watch videos to engage them in the mini-lessons. With the projector, students will be able to watch as they are in their designated spaces.

The need for these resources is felt throughout the curriculum.

Math often begins with a quick video to introduce the learning target of the day. The subject of science also has a need for ongoing videos for students to have a better understanding.
