Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Every day, students in my class work through math problems on whiteboards in partnerships and small groups. They need markers and erasers that will last throughout the school year! One student in my class goes through 2-3 markers per year. That adds up!

Students spend part of the day on individualized computer programs like i-Ready and Success Maker, so students need high-quality headphones to listen to lessons.

We also have class meetings every morning. Having a Q-ball microphone that can be passed around the circle will make it easier for my quiet students to be heard! Chart markers, glue sticks, and other supplies will help me create lasting learning materials for my incredible students!
