My Project

This project will help to give my students some of the supplies necessary to improve their learning. We currently have to share materials, such as scissors amongst groups which makes activities take longer than necessary, and this would help them stay engaged by allowing them to be working at all times instead of waiting for someone else to finish.

Asking questions and taking notes is an important skill for students to develop.

By providing every student their own inquiry journal, students are able to take notes in an organized fashion, as well as develop their own investigation skills by noting their observations during experiments and writing down their thoughts and questions in one place that they can go back to. Also allowing them to build their writing skills within the framework of science.
