Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach full-day preschool with children from many different backgrounds. We are a Title I school. The preschool program is free to these families thanks to a state grant. However, we rely on donations to fund all the supplies and other classroom needs.

A comfortable safe, inviting learning environment (beautiful wall decal, and light covers, etc.) is what I want my students to have when they come to school.

File organizers to keep our classroom free of clutter and things are very beneficial to young children as they learn the importance of putting items away after they are done using them.

The multi-age preschool students at our school are creative thinkers who love to explore art, freely and share their ideas and by creating a fun comfortable environment to inspire them is very important.
