My Students

Our school is a charter school that is struggling economically. We do not have the funds to buy the necessary supplies.

My scholars are third graders at Imagine Tempe Elementary school.

They are incredibly smart and dedicated students who are incredibly curious about the world around them. I have a very diverse population in my class: White, African American, Somali and Hispanic.

My Project

My students are running low on basic supplies. Many of them come from families who are struggling financially and therefore can not afford to provide them for their scholars. These notebooks and dry erase markers are essential to every day instruction for my students.

We desperately need both the notebooks and the dry erase markers.

We are running low on paper and many of my students have almost run out of space in their subject notebooks We also use notebooks to take notes for all subjects and without these new notebooks, students will likely loose their notes and be less organized. We also use the dry erase markers to practice all kinds of skills: phonics, math, and answers to team questions to review games for all subjects.
