My Project

Online learning during the COVID-19 crisis was particularly difficult for blind and visually impaired students as they struggled with online learning and only hearing what their teachers could say. They were not able to tactually explore their curriculum materials like they would have traditionally had access to do during a normal school year. These supplies will support their access to the curriculum now that we are back in-person, allowing them to hear their teachers while also using their audio devices (conduction headphones), magnify worksheets, appropriately position things with slantboards so they aren't leaning too far forward. Your help is appreciated to support these students and get them the best access we can to materials.
