This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I would like to supply my classroom with materials that will brighten the classroom experience. I am a first year teacher and would like to create a safe and inviting space for my students. I believe this will allow my students to want to come to school and learn. Many of my students come from less-fortunate neighborhoods and aren't accustomed to having nice things. I would like to provide this space to further their learning and create a space that is inviting and warm. I would love to put smiles on their faces.
