My Project

I work with 100% socioeconomically disadvantaged students who often face significant challenges that affect their motivation to learn and attend school regularly. Despite these obstacles, my students are resilient and capable, but they need extra support to stay engaged in their education.

This project aims to create a "Classroom Store" where students can earn rewards for academic achievements and positive behavior.

The resources I'm requesting will make learning more interactive and enjoyable, giving students clear, tangible goals to work toward.

The Classroom Store will encourage responsibility, attendance, and participation by providing incentives. It will help create a positive and motivating environment, making students excited to come to school and actively participate in their learning. My goal is to help them develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed, both academically and personally, despite the challenges they face outside the classroom.

What makes my students special is their potential. With the right tools and motivation, they can overcome these barriers and thrive. This project will give them that extra push to stay engaged, motivated, and excited about their education.
