My Project

Our students come from a variety of different economic backgrounds. Every student receives a free breakfast and lunch. The majority of my students do come in eager to learn, excited to do hands-on labs, and using their creativity. My students are very STEM driven. They like challenges and activities along with new concepts.

As our school mission statement states, "Prepare each student, by name, for success at every level".

I hope to enhance their learning by providing them with additional science reading materials. I want to continually make science fun and interesting for my students. In my classroom, I love doing hands-on activities that are STEAM/STEM-related just as much as my students do. This is when my students can really shine and show how creative they really are. I am also want them to have more science reading resources to help expand their reading along with what is happing in the science world. I also want to read a book with my students on how one child can have a big impact on the environment.

They will use the science world magazines and the novel to grow and strengthen their reading abilities.

I really value my students' creativity and I hope that I can obtain the tools for them. Thank you for considering donating to help my students.
