Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am a first year teacher at a Title I School. My students are some of the best in the world and they are such hard workers! The come to school wanting to learn every day and consider our classroom a safe space that can cater to all their academic needs. We are at the halfway point in the year where some of our supplies have needed a refresh so that we can have a seamless school day with only learning on our minds.

My goal is to provide my students with an organized and refreshed classroom space where they can access our learning materials independently whenever they need them.

We are requesting items like storage bins for learning resources, pencil baskets for desk organization, hooks for displaying anchor charts, and a pencil sharpener to keep them always ready to learn. When in our school, I want to provide kids with the best learning they deserve and giving them these organization tools and supplies will will empower them in reaching their goals.
