Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students love learning and coming to school. This can be hard to imagine because our building is a concrete box. Students spend so much of their daily lives in the classroom that as a school we are committed to making it feel as cozy and warm as possible. We are requesting plants and things to help beautify our space.

The plants will help make our classroom feel like the warm and safe place its meant to be.Students will also learn and practice responsibility by having to care for a living thing.
