Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I moved to a new classroom, and I am giving my classroom a makeover. My classroom is looking like a home where students can feel relaxed, safe, and comfortable. I want them to feel like they are safe at home. I am requesting curtains and soundproof squares to prevent yard noise from coming in to our classroom. Our windows are facing the school yard, where we have 3 recess and 3 lunch recesses. It is so noisy and it's hard for students to concentrate when students outside are talking, playing, and bouncing balls. Please help me provide them with a better environment.

I would like to provide a soothing and calming classroom for my students.

I am also asking for grade-appropriate posters, an area rug, and artificial trees to add to our classroom decor. I want my students to feel relaxed and safe when they come to our classroom. I want them to feel like they can forget everything and focus on their learning. Thank you for your donations, kindness, and support of our classroom project.
