This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This project is created to help give students a classroom makeover by bringing in live plants and some new furniture. Our classroom is in serious need of being "spruced up". The flexible seating will give students an opportunity to choose where they want to learn. The plants will give them an opportunity to learn responsibility as they learn to care for the plants. I am also requesting some items in this project so our classroom can have the tools that students use many times daily.
I want to ensure my students are able to have all the things they need in the classroom and not have the worry of where it is coming from.
Many students in my classroom already face food insecurity so I want to make sure they have all school supplies on hand.
