My Project

My students are kindhearted, wonderful and hungry young individuals. 8th grade is the year of hormones and hunger, and I am hoping to create a classroom kitchen dedicated to feeding the kids who come into class hungry every day.

I am requesting a variety of items intended to create an accessible place to eat in the classroom, contributing to my students ability to learn.

Its a commonly known fact that learning is that much more difficult if you are hungry. I want to help my students acclimate back to the classroom learning environment by making food more accessible to them. I am requesting a fridge, a microwave, a paper towel holder, a clock, fake flowers to make the room beautiful and a golden ribbon for decor. I am also asking for food to stock our new classroom kitchen to the brim.
