My Students

During our data testing and classroom activities, my students are utilizing individualized, technology to assist in student learning. They will greatly benefit from using their headsets to drown out classroom, background noise. The ability to use computers and headphones will aid in the ability to build/improve their learning experiences across the curriculum. Because my students are young, and most of them in a school setting for the first time, headsets will better help them focus on their individual learning activities.

My Project

I am requesting 30 headphones for my students to match 1:1 technology usage. They will be able to use the headphones along with their chromebooks. They will be able to quietly listen, and participate in a variety of activities such as songs, rhyming, story telling, This opportunity will also enable them to hear sounds of letters, words, and patterns. In addition, student will participate in other skills such as: addition, subtraction, telling time, money, measurement, and counting money daily as a part of our language and math experiences. Lastly, the headphones will aid in drowning out background noise, which will enhance students performance and increase student learning. This opportunity will contribute in giving many students a chance to build their technology skills.
