Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The goal of this project is to restock our essential classroom materials like pencils, markers, colored pencils, scissors, etc. Throughout the school year so far, these materials have been worn down, which proves difficult when trying to maintain classroom functionality as well as keeping up an approachable appearance for other teachers, parents, and students that may enter the classroom. New materials act as a motivating factor for my students to want to learn and use their new materials in classwork as well as projects. We also have snack time in the morning because our lunch time is several hours into the day. Many students are unable to bring their own snacks and rely on each other to share. This project would help fund snacks for the students in need.
