Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Many of my students are without the basic supplies needed to complete their assignments. Items like crayons, markers, and notebooks go a long way in allowing them to express their creativity and complete their work effectively.

A number of my students come to school without breakfast or lunch, and I want to make sure they are well-nourished and energized to focus and learn.

A small snack can make a big difference in their day and ability to concentrate.

Given the current flu season, it’s crucial to maintain a healthy classroom. We are in need of tissues, Lysol spray, and disinfecting wipes to keep our space clean and reduce the spread of germs. These items are essential not just for my students, but for my own health and well-being too, so I can continue to support their learning.

I truly believe that with the right resources, my students will be able to excel, no matter the challenges they face outside of school. If you are able to contribute, no donation is too small, and every little bit will make a meaningful difference in the lives of my students.
