Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach 4th grade math at a title 1 charter school in East Las Vegas. Most of the students' families don't have the funding to provide basic materials like markers and headphones.

With this project, I'm hoping the supplies listed will provide a quiet, effective, and productive work space for my mathematicians.

It will help include every student in the engagement of their computer programs as well as participation.

My students are special because they come to school with the most enthusiasm and excitement, despite their home situations. They are excited to learn something new each day and continue to prove to me that they are responsible enough to care for these supplies!
