Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Because I work in a Title 1 school and many of my students are English Language Learners, I want to be able to provide them with as many tools as I can in order help them learn content as well as English. My students come from low-income, first-generation households, which is why this project will help many of my families. Some of the items on the list were chose because my students love art and would enjoy headphones when reinforcing their Math skills using our online programs. The clipboards are perfect for the flexible seating arrangements I have set up where they can grab a rug and sit anywhere they want.
