My Project

Part of the excitement in my classroom is creating a reading and writing environment that is comfortable and exciting. My students inspire to read when they have relative books, but also an inviting reading corner. They push to become better writers when they know they are supported.

This project will help me make a reading corner that students will be eager to read in, and a writing corner that will also help them become better writers, allowing their imaginations to grow.

This includes the exercise mat and pillows to create an inviting trading corner and books to add to my growing library. The posters and paper will help me make sure there are visuals around the room to keep their writing focused. The remaining supplies will allow me to provide basic supplies for students who cannot provide their own and help build a technology-rich classroom.
