Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As part of our positive behavior supports program, our students have been exhibiting positive behaviors of working hard, staying safe, and being kind throughout the school building all year. We keep track of their behaviors using a computer system called Class Dojo. Students earn points for showing these three qualities throughout their day. In May, we would like the students to enjoy all their hard work by providing them with a Dojo reward day!

Students will use the Dojo's they earned to participate in activities and enjoy snacks in a fun filled day.

We are requesting large candy bars, chips, Gatorade and various snacks because these are the type of items are students want for their reward. Students will have an opportunity to also be rewarded time to play with sidewalk chalk, bubbles, and squish toys. We wanted to have a variety of choices available for the various interests and likes of 80 students. Please help us fund our party with treats and activities they will enjoy!
