Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students are borders, chart paper and a rug, I know exactly where everything will go. We just need your help in getting everything through our door! The large carpet will be placed in the front of the classroom and used as a gathering place during mini-lessons and share time, and independent reading. The chart paper will be used to create anchor charts that reflect the discussions we have during our mini-lessons. Students will be able to sit and be comfortable and have visuals and process chart readily available.
