My Project

I would like to begin a cooking class with my students every Friday morning. We have began doing some non-cooking projects such as DIY cookies and DIY donuts. I would like my students to have the opportunity to mix the ingredients together and make their own food.

My students love hands on activities and by the cooking in class we would be expanding their life skills.

I have so many recipes in mind for them, beginning with donut and waffle making. These are some basic necessities that we can use to make our own recipes in class. We would be able to mix our own batters and find fun classroom recipes weekly.
