Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach a small self-contained special education class in the South section of the Bronx. All my students have been classified as having some type of learning disability. My students stay in the same classroom for most of the day except for gym and lunch.

Having the exercise bike petals will give my students an outlet to release some energy and when sitting all the in our self-contained class.

Additionally, the stylus pen will help me use the iPad to track and check off completed assignments.

I believe that my students deserve to have more movement throughout the day. These resources will keep them engaged and will make it fun.
