My Project

After several years of teaching history, I'm making the move to full-time electives teacher! Moving classrooms is no easy feat and with such a drastic change in subject matter I need materials to get my classroom ready for my SIX different classes.

This project not only provides a much needed projector for my classroom, but also decor and a cozy chair to provide a safe, welcoming environment.

Taking over the former dance room means I have some unique hurdles to make my room ready for more traditional teaching. Inheriting a small TV and a full wall-length mirror, the current environment isn't ideal.

A large reason students choose the schools they do are for two reasons: sports and electives. My two returning classes (Film Studies & Gaming Industry) and four new classes (STEM, Odyssey of the Mind, Creative Writing, and Coding) reach a diverse spectrum of interests and skills that will challenge my students to be life-long learners.
