Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are curious, hardworking, and full of potential. They come to school each day ready to learn, and I want to ensure they have everything they need to succeed. Beyond textbooks and lessons, a well-stocked classroom provides comfort, safety, and a sense of belonging.

This project will supply essential items that support my students’ well-being and learning.

Ice packs and bandages will help care for minor accidents, so students can quickly return to class feeling better. Pens and writing tools will ensure every student is prepared to express their thoughts, complete assignments, and engage in learning without the worry of missing materials. Cleaning supplies will keep our classroom environment safe and welcoming, reducing distractions and promoting focus.

When students feel cared for and have access to necessary resources, they can stay engaged in their education. This grant will not only provide basic supplies but also reinforce that their needs matter. A clean, well-stocked classroom helps build a positive learning experience for all. With your support, my students will have the tools they need to thrive!

Mrs. Abril-Dotel will only receive her materials if this project is fully funded by July 21.
