My Project

My young students are beginning writers and love to share their writing with others. We like to make Classroom Books and even books to take home and share with our families. Unfortunately, our Book Binding Machine has been around a long time and doesn't always work like it should. We need a new improved machine to continue to be able to make these adorable books. The plastic binders will help us be able to bind books with our new machine. The plastic transparencies will be used for many different projects including making books and crafts as well in our classroom.

Classroom books are one of our specialties in kindergarten and this new binding machine and supplies will help us keep making them for years to come!

Writing in not always a favorite thing for young learners, because it is hard. But if we can make it fun and "publish" their work by making little books together, it will help build their confidence and my hope is that it will lead to some great future writers!
