Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Teachers always need basic arts and craft supplies as well as organization tools for all those materials. In this project I am requesting feathers, hot glue, laminating pouches and zipper pouches to keep my students' work organized, and also tiles we paint for a special classroom project.

All those materials will help us throughout this school year and others to come.

We use hot glue throughout the year for so many projects, just as laminating sheets to protect some of students' best work. The feathers are used every year to create carnaval (Mardi Gras) projects and the tiles are part of a project in which we work on Portuguese architecture specialties. I also added a couple of call bells to be used in our desks to organize a timed activity we do.
