Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are high-school-aged children who volunteer their time after school for various activities. They enjoy sports medicine and oftentimes stay after school to help their fellow students with medical care. These medical magnet students are working hard to gain experience in the medical field and are studying a lot. They take advanced science classes and are some of the hardest working kids at our school. They are constantly helping others and pushing each other to do more to serve our school community.

These students often are leaders among their peers and are ready to lend a helping hand to others!

Their selflessness is inspiring daily and keeps everyone at the school motivated to do more and work as a team!

My Project

Students will be using these materials in various projects throughout the year. Specifically, we will be using the presentation remote daily for didactic work within the health science classes. The different types of tape will be used to display projects up on the boards and also for different activities where students need to create presentations or 3D models for anatomy. The sheet protectors will be used to ensure that the student work is preserved properly so it can be maintained in a student binder for future reference. All of these materials are essential basics in our classroom that we desperately need.
