Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our middle school science classes are full of young artists. In an effort to support their interest and develop their STEM skills, we would like to turn an underutilized corner of the room into an art station. When students are finished with their classwork, the art station will be a choice students can make. We hope this will also support students' emotional and mental health.

In our wishlist, we have art activities that support STEM growth, like science-themed coloring books, manipulatives, and tools we can use in instruction.
