My Project

Many cases of my students lacking success in their classrooms have to do with my students’ level of preparedness. Having something as simple as writing utensils and paper are things that can determine the progress and achievement of my students. School supplies impact the success of my students in ways that most people fail to recognize. In fact, many of my students are never truly prepared for the day because they come to class lacking supplies, thus leading to a difficult time learning. That said, school supplies play a very important role in education and how students grow and develop. Notebooks, folders, pencils, pens, and markers would help me provide the students that are less fortunate the ability to write their notes and organize their documents. The copy paper and ink will allow me to print better quality documents in color. Often times it's hard for my students to analyze black and white images. Easy to use sprays or wipes will help me quickly clean up unexpected spills and messes. Lysol Disinfecting Wipes make a great choice for classroom clean-up, as they are able to both take on tough messes and kill 99.9% of germs. The Post-it Easel Pad is ideal for group work where brainstorming is encouraged. Each member of the group can see what ideas have been generated, and when the learning time is over, the sticky notes can be posted in a prominent place to help reinforce ideas that were generated. Additionally, students can keep up with the pages that were written on by sticking them to the wall rather than trying to organize them.
