This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are extremely helpful, outspoken, hard working, and considerate. These books will surely help to enhance our print-rich classroom that I work very hard to create. Our classroom library is a place that my students really love-I read on the to them in my favorite chair, they complete work together with a bud, and they read independently! Each student book placed in our library is treated with tender loving care, and my students are grateful for the opportunities to read. Each set of books, have been selected with my students visible in my thoughts as I have watched them the past several months of school read titles similar to these. Lastly, I recently asked them what type of books they would love reading. My children be given the opportunity to select books, and this will allow them continue to enjoy independent reading time.
