This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

What I Love About My Students:

I love how curious and excited my students are to learn.

They ask great questions, love to participate, and are always eager to share their ideas. They have a lot of energy, and it’s amazing to see how they engage when the lesson is fun and interactive.

How the Requested Resources Will Help:

The Eggspert and QBall will make a big difference in keeping my students engaged. The Eggspert is a buzzer system that makes answering questions feel like a game. It adds some excitement and competition, which encourages everyone to get involved. Even students who are usually shy will feel more comfortable participating.

The QBall is a soft, throwable microphone that will make discussions more interactive. When students pass the ball around to answer questions, they’ll be more active in the lesson. It also makes it easier for them to talk to each other, and it’s especially great for those who like to move around while learning.

Goals for This Project:

My goal is to make learning more fun and engaging for my students. By using these tools, I want to encourage all my students to participate, get them excited about learning, and make sure everyone feels comfortable answering questions. These resources will also help me quickly check in on their understanding, so I can adjust lessons as needed.

What Makes My Students Special:

My students are special because they come from all kinds of backgrounds and have different learning styles. Some are quiet, some love to talk, and some learn best by doing. The Eggspert and QBall will help me meet everyone’s needs and make sure every student has the chance to engage in a way that works for them.
