Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project is primarily focused on writing tools for my class. Our class runs out of wooden pencils very quickly and giving the kids durable lead pencils could make a big difference. Students would use these lead pencils in their day to day school work across all subjects. The lead would supply their lead pencils for the rest of the school year. Students would need to "purchase" lead with class tickets so that they are encouraged to take care of their supplies. The sharpies would help students with art projects that require outlining.

Whiteboards are a great way to engage my students during Mathematics!

These brand new whiteboards would replace the old whiteboards we have used for a few years.
