My Students

This school year, I have over 20 diverse learners ready to take on their last year of elementary school. As we've begun our school year together, it is my hope that my students are provided with a variety of resources that keep them engaged, while also helping them learn in a variety of ways.

My students deserve a learning environment that fits their needs and fuels their interest.

I want my students to continue coming to school every day with a desire to read, write, and learn while feeling like they have access to the tools necessary to help them face their challenges. After all, they are tomorrow's leaders!

My Project

My class would really benefit from having a Chromebook to call our own. We currently share one computer cart with 3 other 5th grade classrooms. Oftentimes, the Chromebooks are not available. There are many times throughout our school day where we wish we had a computer to use, whether it be for research purposes, writing essays, project based learning activities, or differentiated instruction. We also love having a Chromebook as part of our math centers. There are so many different online resources and games to take advantage of! Having a Chromebook in our classroom would provide us with endless opportunities to grow as learners!
