Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our students are excited to learn! We encourage our students to reach their potential. We want to make sure they continue to value education by making learning fun! We need your help to provide students will supplies that will help engage and differentiate learning!

Our classroom is composed of eighteen students.

We have general education, special education and English Language Learning students. Our school is Title 1, where students receive free lunch. We aim instill a love of learning and to push students to strive for their best.

My Project

We are requesting 6 Chromebooks and 6 headphones to access the Internet for educational software. The students have online accounts to access educational websites such as IXL, IReady, and Achieve 3000. With additional computers, more students will be able to utilize these great websites. In addition, we want to teach students important research and computer skills. These computers will allow us to teach students computer skills that they will use in their everyday lives. We are also requesting headphones. Students can use these headphones to access audio features of websites while conducting research and using educational software.

Help us to differentiate our classroom to support different types of learners and help us to access the Internet!

In this day and age most jobs include knowing how to use a computer. Help us to teach our students these important skills! Your donation will help encourage our students to continue their love of learning.
