This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The specific items I am requesting for the project are going to open my students learning. My students love to read. We will have a Christmas Thematic Unit where students will learn with a class set of the book "How the Grinch Stole Christmas". They will go over character traits and problems and resolution. The students will take home a Christmas stocking (filled with stress toys, coloring book, crayons & candy) at the end of the unit. This will be an incentive of learning and remember that they can make their future. My students are very special. We come from a low economic area and some students might not receive gifts so this project will allow students to all receive a small gift with great significance.
