Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have am amazing group of special learners. They are curious, smart, playful, outgoing and active. Having these sensory necklaces and other sensory items will help them learn how to regulate themselves when they are over stimulated.

The sensory necklaces or sensory hand item helps the students learn to regulate and calm their bodies since they cannot verbally express themselves.

By having these items in my classroom my students will have calmer days at school and learn these very important skills of regulating their bodies that will help them the rest of their lives.
