Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We will be celebrating Lunar New Year by creating our very own dragons and decorating our classroom with the materials from Amazon. We will create small personalized lanterns with the cups and and straws. We will fill them with candy and give them out to our friends in other classes.

We want to celebrate Lunar New Year this year as most students are unfamiliar with the tradition and meaning.

The Nerds, Hershey Candy, Ring Pops will allow our peers to e engaged.

The candy lanterns are a new way to expose fellow students to an Asian tradition.
