My Project

I absolutely love teaching middle school ELA. Some may think that middle schoolers are too tough, but I disagree! They are young adults, forming their own personalities, building confidence, and finding their way! I am so excited when a student turns to a love of reading.

Our new curriculum, Amplify ELA, has thousands of audio books available to our students, BUT we need headphones and earbuds to access them!

Half of my students are from low income households, so I would love to give them a pair to use, so they can listen to the books in class, on the bus, or even at home! Please help me encourage my young readers to love it as much as I do.
