I am a third grade teacher in the East Flatbush section of Brooklyn, New York. Almost seventy percent of our student population receive free lunch. My class room is warm, inviting and some-what organized. I am writing this proposal to ask for a chart stand/organization center. I need a chart stand to do my reading and writing lessons in the workshop model. It can also hold charts in a hanging space so my students can refer back to to old charts when they need to use something I've taught in the past in their current work. I also can use this center for center storage space so my kids can access their materials and keep the room looking neat and organized. Some of the other features of the Chart Stand Center is that is has a white wipe-off board which is great for small group math work. This will enable me to have many different necessary tools in one compact storage unit. This stand will also allow the students to be more independent and responsible for their learning materials. I want my kids to have the right kind of education and being neat and organized is a valuable tool that they will take with them into the "real" world. Please help me do that by purchasing the chart stand organization center from really goodstuff.com. Thanks.
