This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I absolutely love my kindergarten students—they are curious, imaginative, and eager to learn about the world around them. Each day, they come to school with bright smiles and boundless energy, ready to tackle new challenges and grow their skills. They thrive in a classroom environment that is engaging, interactive, and equipped with the tools they need to succeed.

The resources I am requesting—iPad chargers and headphones—will make a huge difference in their learning.

Our classroom uses iPads as a tool to support individualized instruction. With educational apps, interactive storybooks, and games that develop foundational literacy and numeracy skills, iPads offer my students the chance to learn in ways that are both fun and effective. However, without functioning chargers, we’re limited in how often we can use this technology. Headphones are equally important, as they allow students to focus on their individual learning tasks without distractions.

My goal for this project is to ensure that every child has access to uninterrupted, high-quality learning experiences. With these resources, I can create a classroom where technology is seamlessly integrated to support academic growth and build critical 21st-century skills.

What makes my students special is their incredible diversity and resilience. They come from various cultural and linguistic backgrounds, and many are experiencing school for the first time. These students bring so much joy and richness to our classroom, and I want to give them the best possible start in their educational journey. With your help, I can provide the tools they need to succeed and inspire a lifelong love of learning.
